Project Estimate in South East London

PEJA Surveying recently completed the Estimate on this project in South East London for one of our Main Contractor clients. The project consisted of a refurbishment of the existing ground and first floor plus a new rear extension to the ground floor. The estimate was submitted for circa £330k excluding VAT
